This training is divided into 6 parts:

  • The international context and the emergence of negotiated settlement agreements
  • The CJIP: legal framework and operation
  • Cooperation, voluntary self-disclosure, and internal investigations
  • Confidentiality, defense rights, and criminal risks
  • The content and implementation of the CJIP
  • Ratification, publicity, and lessons learned

Methods Used

Whether face to face at our office or at the client’s premises, or remotely, this training alternates between theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Time is also set aside for discussion, to encourage interaction and answer questions.

Assessment Methods

Assessment of knowledge acquired:

  • Self-assessment at the end of the training
  • Oral questions and discussions throughout the training
  • Quizzes or practical exercises
  • Case studies
  • Interview simulation or decision-making exercises

Assessment of participant and client satisfaction: Questionnaire at the end of the training.

Duration

Half a day or a full day, depending on the depth of the training requested.
