  • Anyone involved in the prevention of harassment, discrimination or psychosocial risks

Prerequisites

This training is open to all, with no prerequisites. It is intended for anyone interested in this subject.

Training Objectives

  • Get a thorough understanding of the applicable legal framework
  • Identify and characterize at-risk situations
  • Analyse concrete situations
  • Adopt the right response when a situation is identified
  • Prevent risks within the company

Training Program

This training is divided into 5 parts:

  • Legal framework and definitions
  • Identifying situations of harassment
  • Identifying situations of discrimination
  • Analyzing and characterizing situations
  • Responding and preventing

Methods Used

Whether face to face at our office or at the client’s premises, or remotely, this training alternates between theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Time is also set aside for discussion, to encourage interaction and answer questions.

Assessment Methods

Assessment of knowledge acquired:

  • Self-assessment at the end of the training
  • Oral questions and discussions throughout the training
  • Quizzes or practical exercises
  • Case studies
  • Interview simulation or decision-making exercises

Assessment of participant and client satisfaction: Questionnaire at the end of the training

Duration

Half a day or a full day, depending on the depth of the training requested
