This training is divided into 6 parts:
Legal Framework and Issues surrounding to internal whistleblowing
Receiving and processing a whistleblowing
Organizing and preparing the internal investigation
Conducting the investigation
Analysis, drafting, and reporting of findings
Follow-up to the investigation and risk Management
Methods Used
Whether face to face at our office or at the client’s premises, or remotely, this training alternates between theoretical knowledge and practical exercises. Time is also set aside for discussion, to encourage interaction and answer questions.

Assessment of knowledge acquired:
Self-assessment at the end of the training
Oral questions and discussions throughout the training
